What is the turnaround time for an artwork?

What is your booking policy?

Bookings rescheduled within 45 days are subject to full payment for perishable items.

How do payments work?

We require a 50% deposit upon booking. The remaining 50% must be paid 24 hours before the event.

Can I manage my guest list?

Our platform has an easy-to-use “Guest Management” section for you to handle your guest list.

Can I receive an invoice?

Yes! Please contact our customer support and provide your purchase number to get an invoice.
